Hi Lee, Firstly I would like to thank you for posting a picture of the proof of purchase as until today we were yet to receive it! Secondly, as discussed with you on the phone last week, a warranty is for factory/manufacture fault which in this case is not! I looked at the shorts myself with a staff member that gave them to me and we both agreed that it was not a warranty. The shorts were photographed and sent to our warranty dept which also agreed that this was not a warranty. In regard to our customer service... I offered you a pair at half price but you refused to accept this!
