thanks all you guys.I've pencilled all the suggestions. I've been the routes near sea point by bus and they're really great, my concern was about safety...I'm recovering from a very bad crash and I'm over concerned about safety! I think I'll have 2 hours to ride everyday (afternoon) so I'll have to ride near Sea Point but I'll have free weekends so would be amazing to ride with you to stellembosh etc...

I´ve added you both on strava. I´ve done this route buy bus and it´s really nice. Can you suggest a route to the table mountain base or signal hill?thanks a lot!

Hello guys! I´m from Brazil and I´m going to CT next month to stay 10 weeks studying english and I have the intention to have my road bike with me and train as much as possible. I´d love if some of you could give me some advise about routes I could do leaving Sea Point (where I´ll stay), specially hilly ones. As I´d probably have to ride alone, I´m specially concerned about safety ( avoiding heavy traffic roads). I´d appreciate to have some advise about good bike shops in the area as well. I´ve been to CT 2 years ago, but not with my bike and I think it´s a wonderful place to ride. Any advise would be very helpfull! Thanks!!
