I must apologise if you think our service is useless. All our orders have been delivered, so all I can think is that either we missed one out or the saddle was never delivered because the bike store's account might have been placed on hold due to non payment of account. We have recently had to place quite a few store accounts on hold, due to the economic crisis and the fact that they are unable to pay their accounts.
