Sounds like a "date" A lot of changes to the trails since you last rode. Will be something different. Our local riders coined the phrase ...."real MTB"..... go figure. Hope to see you on the day SCD.

Update - Went for a "little" test ride....... LOL no such thing out here in Funky Fynbos land. Ended up with a fantastic varied ride with some Funky Fynbos "noobs". They hail from our neighboring village - Hermanus. Words & sounds were expressed at various stages of the ride. Ranging from - did you see that !! - ugh - yipee - woohoo to holy moly that was fast Glad to give the guys a little taste of what to expect @funkyfynbosfestival, ounded off with some nice craft beer @Lomond. See you guys next time.

Choose your distance and ride on some of the most picturesque and exciting mountain trails in the Western Cape. The Funky Challenge stage race requires an above average level of fitness and technical skills and traverses some of the most beautiful private farms within the Walker Bay conservancy, and is only available to ride on race days. The trails offer a little of everything, tough climbs and switchbacks, great single track fast, exhilarating descents and a 2km fun gravity finish with jumps and berms to rest your legs into the finish.
