Hi there, I'm doing the Jeep Msinsi Multisport race at Nagle soon. Has anyone done any of these and should i start off with the long or the short. Riding is fine just worried about running and then riding - my legs will be dead... Are there any Multi sporters on the forum that do any training together in the general Hillcrest area? I'm not keen to train by myself and a group would keep me motivated Thanks, Jones
