Fully agree - that elastic loop would have been a big money saver. Definitely going to add a tether on the next one. I do have the unit on audible alerts, but riding in the rain on Sunday made it much less audible. Being in the zone on a solo ride doesn't help much either

I lost my Garmin Varia Radar this morning after the mount it was attached to broke in half. It seems to have happened in the vicinity of Imhoff’s Farm direction towards Kommetjie around 08:00 today(Sunday 31 January) looking at the data. Half of the mount is still attached to the radar. I know chances are slim recovering it, but please spread the word. ✊????✊????
