Please recommend knee guards that i can use for normal trail and XC riding, that you can comfortably pedal with and use on technical single track

 

Want to use it on trails like Tokai, oak valley, hillcrest and countermands kloof

 

BTW a set that is available locally and not too hot

it is a 2008 team frame

Have any of you had a problem with Canaan frame cracks, i did read on the net they put a triangle on the seat tube to make them stronger because they cracked there (2007 frames) but that is exactly where mine cracked, on top of the triangle (on the welding) do you okes think Mongoose (omnico) will replace the frame under warranty seeing they have lifetime guarantee but i am the second owner

Went to my LBS because on a noise while pedaling very hard and they said it was my chain and because the chain has worn passed a certain stage I must also replace the cassette <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

My question is

What is the difference between a R320 cassette and a R800 will it last longer or give me a 1000% better shifting (I was suggested SRAM) and same with the chain R200 to R500, Can I maybe take a cheap cassette with good chain or vice versa

If it is about the weight then I don?t care I weigh 103
