If you have mastered the fundamentals of mountain biking and want to start riding the trail with confidence ,flow and more speed, then this course is for you. We will cover riding positions, climbing and descending, braking control, steep sharp uphill and downhill switchbacks, loose gravel, rocky climbs and descents, lifting the front wheel, drop-offs and more.
