Hi.. I will be doing my 2nd Ironman next year. Last year I did the 180km in 5:30.. <top 200 in the cycle> Just did the Karoo to Coast a few weeks ago under 4 hours. So I feel reasonable strong on the bike..... I can't sponsor the event, so I need my partner to pay his way. I prepay the entry fee for now. My current bike is 2 old for the event, so I need to do shopping at the end of the year...
