but guys my fear is when you are in a race and someone in front of you just stops or some animal just springs up from no where. goodness what do u do? there isnt enough time to slow down and unclip etc... check what happend to Lance Armstrong!!!

JodSA - i fall when i want to stop coz i start panicking!! picture this... trying to unclip whilst im trying to steady the bike and screaming at the same time and trying to fall "in style" it just aint happening guys it aint happening!!! but I will perservere... i dont give up easily

thanks Nancy Drew... infact just called a cycle shop and the owner insisted that i should bring my bike and they will set up on an indoor thingy and loosen them for me till i can clip and unlcip them myself. u think that will help? now im confused

whassup errybody!! ive recently taken up cycling but the cleats thing aint happening for me. Its driving me insane and I've fallen so many times. Is there anything wrong with getting normal pedals just to at least see me through the 94.7
