    Howzit. Does anyone know any shops in Cape Town that have stock in any Shimano mechanical groupsets? I understand the current situation of gear not being shipped but just trying my luck. Thanks in advance

    Hi guys, I'm moving to Cape Town next week. I've been looking at some of the trails for Tokai Forest and some of their DH Trails and normal trails. I have a Scott Spark, suspension needs an upgrade, currently bottoms out at 100mm. Will I be able to do these trails on my current suspension or would I need an upgrade? Can be an aggressive rider on faster trails. Thanks
