It's time for me to buy a new bike and I've got €2000 to spend, so I want some honest opinions. I've narrowed my list to the Spectral and Slide, as they fall under the €2000 mark and represent really great value. For those who don't know, Radon is a direct-sales manufacturer from Germany, similar to Canyon. Both bikes are complete overkill for the riding I'll be doing on the local trails, but I want something that will be suitable for the odd excursions in the Ardennes and Alps. To all Enduro, Downhill and Trail riders out there: We have built some amazing trails in the Agatha forest in Tzaneen (Limpopo). Many different lines and obstacles for everyone to test their skills. The trails can be enjoyed with anything from a hardtail (B-lines are present where needed) to a full-on DH rig! At the moment, we can have 2 special stages of +/- 4 minutes each. A few parts will be common to both, but they will be mostly different. We are planning to hold an Enduro event this year, having 2 runs on each stage and using all 4 times to determine the winner. It will take place on the week-end of the 20-21 June. Practice Saturday 20/06 P.M and racing Sunday 21/06. More to follow!!!
