  1. Hey guys. Has anyone used the Token gxp adapter to convert a gxp crankset to use Shimano bearings? I have had a bad time with gxp bearings not lasting very long, and want to consider adapting to shimano BB's. In my case, id be using a threaded BSA gxp crank - will this work with the adapters in the first place? Thanks for any help
  2. I know bottom brackets have been discussed endlessly before, but the more I read up the more confused I become. Essentially need some feedback before I pull the trigger on my shopping list: My frame has a 73mm BSA threaded bottom bracket. GX eagle groupset comes in both BB30 or GXP. Hope have both a 30mm threaded BB cups and a BB for 24mm spindle cranks (I assume this means for GXP) Is it just a matter of choosing one or the other? Or is there a clear better choice? Lastly BOOST nonsense: My rear is a 12x148 boost. Do I need boost cranks? Spacer? Magic?
  3. Two quick tech questions, if y'all don't mind. I'm putting on a new SRAM NX drivetrain on my bike, which replaces a 2X9 set-up. The current BB is an ISIS drive sealed cartridge variant. After removing the cranks and left spindled lockring, I'm stuck on the drive-side lockring. That SOB will not budge. To my understanding, the drive-side lockring should loosen in a clockwise direction - is that correct? Lastly, my bike's got a 68mm BB shell. With a GXP BB, how should I place the two spacers that come with the BB?
