  1. I bought a second hand bike. The frame size is a 55cm, I'm a 54cm. But that seems fine. The reach is definitely too far. I moved my saddle forward, but the handlebar is still too far (did the hub test, I see it at the back of the handlebars not the front), so I want to buy a new stem. The Specialised bike shop wants to charge me R500 for setup. This excludes any parts they might add or change. 1. What is a decent price and make? 2. Should I rather do a proper setup? 3. What should I pay for a setup?
