  1. I run TR on a Gen2 Ipad with a Wahoo 30 pin ANT+ dongle. I recently tried to run this setup on my new Ipad with a 30 pin to Lightning adapter which doesn't work - It only works if i use the old 30 pin charging cable. But ANT+ = nada Reading up on the net it seems Apple no longer make these adapters and the generic ones don't work on ANT+, I was using a genuine one. Other than Blueteeth how does one connect to new Ipad with ANT+ ?
  2. I use Garmin ANT+ HR and Cadence sensors on my bike and would like to see these readings on apps whilst training indoors. As I understand, there are 2 options being either an ANT+ dongle (plugs into a computer via USB port) or a bridge ("CABLE" by NPE being 1 option) which does not have to be plugged into any device but is controlled via a separate app. The bridge seems more versatile as it can connect whilst using IOS, Android or Windows devices. Any shared experience would be appreciated.
  3. Afternoon Hubbers! To those who own or have owned a Powertap wheelset, specifically the G3 ANT+ model, how does one do a software update? I have downloaded, just for the sake of the update, Poweragent. Then I remove the G3 cap from my rear wheel, which has a mini-USB port. I don't know what kind of cable to use to connect to my PC? I used several cellphone charger cables but the computer does not recognise it. Thanks!!
  4. Trying to find a dongle for an iPhone, give me the ability to connect to my ANT+ sensors left over from a dead watch. The USB version is easy to find. not so much the iphone type. Any advice would be appreciated.
  5. Hallo Guys, Can someone please assist me with setting up ZWIFT. I have a *std (Old school) indoor trainer, *a Garmin Forerunner 235, *Samsung Android tablet (that support ANT+ but ZWIFTis not compatible) and *a new Samsung Cellphone with Android 9 so ANT+ not connecting to ZWIFT. * Garmin GCS10 Speed and Cadence sensor on my bike My Rouvy app is working fine with my Garmin GCS10 and Tablet...no problems (ANT+) I know ZWIFT is not working because ANT+ is not compatible with Android 9 anymore. But is there no way that I can pair my Forerunner to the ZWIFT app. So far im only pairing a small Bluetooth cadence sensor but I cannot get the Forerunner to show in the ZWIFT pair page to pair HELP!!!
  6. Hi guys and gals. Has anyone experience an issue with Zwift + Kickr where the Bluetooth connection drops intermittently for a split second dropping your power to 0, then it spikes back up to where you were? I'm fairly clued up re: laptops and I'm wondering if the issue isn't just my laptop as it was perfect before I had upgraded it. I've also recently added a wifi extender into my training room, so just wondering if anyone has had this and factors played a part? Cheers.
  7. Hi so... It seems my indoor trainer is zwift compatible and all i need to do is get a ant+ receiver for my laptop as i have garmin bike sensors. So, if someone can give me some insight on the following that would be great. 1. if i sync the CAD, SPD, HR sensors to zwift and do my ride will that ride be linked to my strava, top peak and Vitality points? 2. Can i use garmin 235 ( that i usually record rides on, that syncs to garmin connect and then go to all the apps. ) and connect the sensors to zwift + garmin at the same time>? Im going to do this anyway but would be nice not to have to do a few rides just to figure it out. Links to vids or forums is also appreciated.
  8. Where can I purchase an Ant+ adapter if I do not want to buy online?
  9. Hi So I took the plunge and got myself a Fenix 2. I wanted to link it to the Watt bike at Virgin active. When I try it indicates multiple sensors. I know this is because of the other bikes around Anyone know a way to pair the watt bike and Fenix 2 using the ANT+ ID shown on the watt bike screen. Manual input. I have looked through the owners manual and cant seem to find anything
  10. My Garmin Edge 800 with Ant+ accessories has recently been momentarily indicating Auto Pause followed straight away by Auto Resume, for no apparent reason, when my bike has been in motion. Today it did it repetitively, to my annoyance but I then realised that it coincided with riding on a steel-reinforced concrete road. As soon as I went onto a "normal" gravel and bitumen road the problem disappeared. Could the steel in the road be interfering with the radio signal from the Ant+ speed device?
  11. Anyone tech savvy enough to explain (as simply as possible) how I can export ride data from garmin 910xt on to my Samsung phone (Note 4) and ultimately onto garmin connect I understand that most phones these days, including mine, has an ANt+ receiver built in. My question is how do I use it so I can hopefully seamlessly get data from watch onto garmin connect? I have had a read on the net but cannot find a simple understandable explanation.
