  1. This is just a shout-out to Lian at Ebike Technical Services (082 0418319) who dealt with my failed motor and Ebike Tech (the official Bosch agents) for their amazing service. It is uplifting to know there are companies who still hold to the highest ethical standards of fair play. Even if the warranty claim had been unsuccessful, I would still have been grateful knowing that every effort had been made on my behalf. Thank you
