  1. Please share this very urgent warning to all South African athletes, especially cyclists. After the trauma I have experienced in the past 24hrs, I hope no one else falls into this trap.   2. So, I recently had the incredible opportunity to ride London to Paris. That's a story for another day as it is just full of happiness. However, on my return, when I unpacked my BMC from its Evoc bag, I saw that the airline, Emirates, had broken the rear right-hand seat stay. I've been around long enough to know that sh*t happens.   3. Hi All Firstly congratulations on a great site and really active forum. It has already been of great help to me in preparing for my 3 week visit to SA from mid December. I live in Switzerland and will be bringing my MTB to hopefully ride some good trails. Along with my girlfriend, we’ll pick up a car in Cape Town and head up to Addo following the route 62 before returning to Cape Town along the coast.
