  1. So from what I can gather the best value upgrade from the manufacturers supply on a bike would be the wheels. As an entry level (Giant tcr 3) bike what would the best value wheel set be in price, weight, rolling resistance etc. be ? and does it really make that much of a difference. Thanks in advance
  2. Hi to all , I have a few questions regarding power training without a power meter using you speed on a indoor trainer. I finally got a speedo that can reach my rear wheel. But now I want to take it a step further and start to use power training with this setup. I own a Jetblack M1 trainer and on the box they have a little graph that gives your power output at a certain speed at a certain resistance level, do you guys know some kind of way I can convert me speed at a certain resistance to power? should I power a power meter and plot a graph for my power at certain speeds and work according to that?
