Many, many thanks to Orbea, Cape Cycle Systems and Westdene Cycles for their excellent after sales service. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a crack in my 2003 Orca frame. It was replaced under the life time guarantee without any hassle. I only had to pay a small amount because I wanted an upgrade. Thanks guys!
