nigelhicks Posted November 16, 2011 Author Posted November 16, 2011 @ Omega Man ... shot for the dawdle yesterday ... you should have come and ridden up again with JP and I ... you would have had the privilege of witnessing my awesome Over The Bars manouvre on that seriously eroded trail below Boomslang ... i think its called Rinkhals ... came in to a large eroded drop next to a stump as you start the trail ... hesitated as i went off cus i didnt know how bad the landing was ... rode it (WITH MY SEAT UP) ... rode the front wheel for about a metre or 2 and went over ... needless to say i put my seat down after that! hahahaha

I know about that bit of trail you are talking about. Some work is needed there.

JP was also amazed that a DH rider does "base training" to get fit for a DH season ... haha it also makes its fun to then ride up the trails like we did yesterday without coughing up a lung hahaha
