Tips to Bleeding Hydrolic Brakes

Hi guys,

 

My breaks are too tight and are engaging without my putting any pressure on them.

 

I think i need to bleed them to reduce some of the pressure.

 

Can i Just let some fluid air out and then reseal ?

Do you guys have any tips for doing this?
