The course is so manicured and well kept that unless it is raining heavily you don't need it. A drop of lube each day and you will be good to go. If you have an issue there are always a couple of bike shops set up each day at the end of the stage to work on your bike. Save your money for the bar!

I know its just me being lazy, I did it 2 years ago and the thought of spending a hour each day standing in the rain waiting to wash my bike has left deep scars

I know Complete Cyclist had one for the race and Evens Cycles had one for the adventure last year.

 

I suggest contacting them.
