parts needed for frame

Good day to all cyclist I need help with any donations to complete my frame so I can start road cycling again as my bike got stolen and my insurance will not pay out I can't afford to buy a complete bike as I've manged to get a frame

I'm living with stage 3 cancer and cycling was my only way of keeping fit as I lost my job aswell I've got no medical aid been trying to get a job for the past 8 months with no luck. Is there anybody who can please help me with any parts for the frame so I can get back to cycling thank you graham
