Kinda sad reflection of double standards. ZA, the hub for drug smuggling, ZA, the country exporting coal with the lowest ash content to foreign countries, leaving Eskom to burn pollute Mpumalanga with lower grade coal, and inadequate filters on their smoke stacks.
