what exactly do you men by refurbished?

Is the frame cracked, dinged or dented?

Do you simply want to fix up all the pivots?

Or is it looking scruffy and you want a new coat of paint?

Oh, and what frame is it?

the Swingarm has a slight crack in it. that i am having welded and heat treated.

its a morewood izimu frame.

the pivots look fine, so after the initial weld to the swing arm, looking at a strip down and re paint.

there are a few minor dings on it but other than the crack, its nothing major. or so it seems

What year Izimu? I had a 2005 Izimu which I cracked (front triangle), It's a pity the insurers took the broken frame. If it would have fitted you could have had it.

But yeah... after the weld and heat treatment, it may be worthwhile asking Morewood htemselves what a fresh powdercoat and decal kit would cost. If I remember correctly Chubba paid bout R600 to get his Shova done by them.

thanks a lot Patches. for R 600.00 i may as well have it done professionally. its an 07 frame although i may be wrong. just stoked to have picked one up. i am actually going to be in durbs and then pietermaritzburg later this month, so I may as well stick my head in at the morewood factory/shop and see what is what.

cheers shot for the help
