Cycling and Cell Phones

I nearly drove into a fellow cyclist with my car , I noticed that he was riding strangely so I slowed down, the next thing he suddenly is in front of me. When I managed to get past him I noticed that he was trying to send a sms from his cell phone while riding his bike Unfortunately it was in a place where I couldn't stop my car and give him a piece of my mind about what he was doing.

A nice long hooooot next to him might work next time. Only if you driving real slow, you don't want the guy swerving in front of you

I wanted to, but there was just a bit too much traffic and didn't want to give him a fright and cause an accident.
