Ginger MTB Mommy Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 The MTB Mommies first ride for 2013 at Northern farms on 26 January 2013 @ 07h30. Easy 20km ride. We know our mommies are training hard for duathlons, MTB races and the warrior race, so this is a fun social ride for the girls of all fitness levels. Do you guys cater for very slow rides for mommys to be?We certainly do! We havent had a pregnant mommy, but it wont be a problem at all. We all start and finish together. We wait for all the mommies at the top of the hills and catch our breathes together. Its very social and we adjust the pace to the riders on the day. Your wife can ride at the pace that she feels comfortable with and we will ride with her.
