Aluminium Frame repairs

I have a aluminium scott frame with a dent on one of the rear chain stays. I can still ride with the bike, but the dent causes the stay to fan outward and thus making it very difficult to insert and remove the back wheel. Any advice on where I can take the frame to have either the dent removed of just the chain stay bent back into position - I probably need about 10mm. I live in Pretoria
