20-25km Mountain biking

5-6km trail run

 

 

THERE ARE NO WATER POINTS ON THE COURSE BRING YOUR OWN! Participants will each receive an energy drink at the finish.

 

COMPULSORY EQUIPMENT:

 

 

 

 

• Mountain bike
• Helmet
• Running Shoes

PRE PLANNING:

 

When you get to the venue, please bring your mtb, helmet and running gear to the "Transition Area" which will be marked - "SPUR ADVENTURE DUO"

 

REGISTRATION: 06H00 - 07H15.

 

RACE BRIEFING: 07H15

 

START: 07H30

 

PRIZE GIVING: 10H30

 

TEAMS AND POINTS SYSTEM

 

There are 6 races in the series and the top 5 each race will get points awarded as follows:

 

1st - 20 points, 2nd - 15 points, 3rd - 12 points, 4th - 9 points, 5th - 5 points.

Your points will be added at the end of the series and that will determine the final standings.

You must be at prize giving in person to receive your prize.

 

Catering:
