Internal cable rattle ...

I recently bought a road Pinarello FPTeam with internal brake cables (running inside the frame). They do rattle against which I suppose is the inside of the frame over bad road surfaces. Is there anything that I can do to stop these rattles?

I bought myself a 2ndhand tarmac pro SL4 and while riding on rough tar surfaces there was this very irritating rattle coming from the inside of the frame. It was my rear brake cable running through the toptube that was the culprit. I had to find a solution and came up with the following idea.

 

I took a piece of cable sheath (about 20cm) that I got with a jagwire cable kit and put some cable bumpers onto the sheath, slip that onto the cable and into the frame and the rattle is gone.

 

What a huge improvement!
