Possible stolen bike - NS bike

Hey,

 

I saw a guy pushing up a bike on William Nicol near Bryanston High this morning.

 

 

It looked a bit dodgy.

 

 

The bike looked like a NS bike with a paint job similar to the pic below:

 

 

 

It also had a green front rim, similar to to the NS one below and a black rear rim.
