Hi I would like to know is it at all possible to upgrade this bike to disk breaks and it's front shock ?

Your best bet is probably to buy a 2nd hand bike with disk brakes, because you'll need to buy new wheels (hubs at least) and the disk callipers and levers. Also, you mention you'd like a new fork ... that is all just going to cost tons

 

rather look 2nd hand - you'll have to wait until your size comes around but there are some decent deals around ... eg
