Crappy connector on Bryton Rider 20

Bought my wife a Bryton Rider 20, as she has all the Polar stuff, and just wanted to be able to map her rides.

USB connector in it is really k@k.

Any suggestions on how to make it connect better?

I have the same trouble with mine! Its such a mission to get the thing to charge or to connect to anything as it doesnt make good contact!! Why not just go mini USB????

I'm experiencing similar issues. What usually works for me is to clean the contacts on the unit and on the cable with a damp cloth. Also make sure all pins on the cable go down well and don't get stuck half way...
