Hi, has anyone had/still having problems with their Fox float LR29 front shock.

Just bought a 2014 Giant /carbon XTC. Shock not working on lockout. Been back to the bike shop 3 times. Lots of play when in full lockout mode on climbing hills. Rebound has been set, and it has been pumped to 110 PSI. Bike 2 weeks old.
