Crank set for a Tern Link C7?

The thread on my right crank is stripped so I've decided to get a new crank set. The trouble is, I don't know where to get one and what to look for. I've phoned around but noone seems to have spares for this model in Cape Town at the moment. Can I replace this it with a generic crank set? What size/spec would I need? I'm not very familiar with bicycle parts...

 

I've already had the crank rethreaded by Link Engineering in Salt River - they did a terrible job. The first time they put the pedal in the wrong side of the crank, believe it or not. After the fixed it, the pedal popped out along with the helicoil after about a week.
