I made a decision a few months ago that i will take the stairs at work(3 flights) instead of taking the lift. I regret that decision this morning.

I started interval training on the IDT in the mornings a few weeks back and this morning I read an old school friend(Body-Builder-Tough-Guy) post a complaint about the dreaded leg day on facebook. Thats when I came to the realisation that for cyclists, thats everyday. What are these tough guys complaining about?

Don't get me wrong I completely respect the dedication and commitment these guys have, but if i see one more post on facebook about "cross-fit vs pumping iron" or "homegrown whey vs store bought supplements" I'm going to go bos. We all know you're training....we can see it...but i don't want to know that you weigh 100kg and aiming for 110kg.

Rant Off

Having sore legs from riding and sore legs from training with weights properly are two different things.

Doing max on squats hurts for days.

It is something I personally enjoy though, you can feel the effort you have put in.
