Saturday 20th September at 7am.

 

 

 

- Starting venue at Avianto Clubhouse, for a loop around the cradle (+/- 45km),

 

- Interact with professional road riders

 

- Get nutritional advice, samples and support from leading endurance brands on display.

 

- Great goodie bags, and a hearty breakfast afterwards (optional).

 

- Cost is R50 (without breakfast), or R100 (with breakfast)

What's the speed going to be like?

 

If 35+km/h then I guess I will have to do a solo ride and eat left overs

It will vary. The pros arent going to be hammering it on the day. But we will split some of them up so that different skill sets and ability /fitness levels can all have an opportunity to interact with the riders. We will keep your food warm don't worry ;-)

Yes I am sure we will mix up venues as this is likely to be an annual if not bi-annual event if all goes well. Many requests from CT and DBN as well... will keep you posted in coming months...
