Suunto Ambit 2 S help needed

I bought a Bryton cadence and speed ant plus sensor and paired it with my ambit 2 s. paired the sensor as a bike pod as it did not work to pair as a cadence , I did not connect the speed magnet. Now when i cycle the ambit distance stays on 0.

 

i assume the speed cadence pod is over writing the GPS?  and assume its on 0 as i have no magnet.

 

i dont want to use the speed/distance on the sensor but speed and distance on GPS, just want to get my cadence from the sensor.

 

any advice?
