East London MTB Trails

Howzit guys,

 

Will be heading down to EL for the break and I want to take my trusty steed with me. Does anyone know if there are good trails anywhere close by so that I can get in a +/- 40-50km ride in the mornings and be back in time to ensure that no cold beer goes unloved?
