MTB trails (Heidelberg, Western Cape)

Hi, I will be in Heidelberg in the Western Cape for a few days over the holiday period. Any ideas where I can ride my MTB? Dankie

Do some dirt-roading to Witsand and back, or load up the bike and go ride the Bontebok National park trails. A bit of a drive out, but better than dirt-roading.

There are some nice, quiet and hilly dirt roads north of the N2. Cross the Langeberg via Gysmanshoek pass and loop back via Garcia pass. You could also speak to Andre (owner of Spar in Riversdal) about riding their trails in the forestry area.
