Belgarath Posted July 28, 2016 Share Hi guys I'm thinking of doing a breakfast ride with a buddy to Cullinan, but taking a roundabout via the Kwamhlanga road, not straight on with the R513 (as far as I know there are still road works) - is this advisable, seeing as you will then pass by the informal settlement of Refilwe just North of Cullinan?
