Help- Vately Airconditioner

Hello

 

This is definetly not the place to post. But I dont know where to turn.

 

We just bought a place where there is a Vately aircon installed in one of the rooms.

 

It has no remote. I can switch it on but cant set temperature.

 

I have been on just about every website that has to do with then and cant find help anywhere.

 

I need a remote.

 

Does anyone know how to set temp without a remote or van you put me in a direction of someone?
