Bar ends that fasten internally

Has anyone seen one of these or something like it? 

Or perhaps bar ends that fasten internally?

 

I want to fit bar ends without having to cut the grips or move them in.

a very long time ago that how they all fitted. not a good concept.

 

Answer had something that worked like that but was slightly better.
