Entries / Partners Transferring a 2015 Absa Cape Epic entry to 2016

Hi All, 

 

Should you be rethinking participating in the 2015 Absa Cape Epic for whatever reason we are willing to transfer a certain number of entries to the 2016 race.

 

The terms and conditions of transfer are below. Please email registration@cape-epic.com should you wish to take up this option or call us on 021 426 4373.

 

1.   Your  2015 Absa Cape Epic team entry will be transferred into 2016; not two individual entries.

 

2.   You may invite any partner you wish

3.   No refund will be given should you not be able to take up your 2016 entry; however, you may perform a rider change. All other general deadlines apply.

4.   R53,700.00 will be taken off the 2016 team entry fee, and the difference must be paid in full by the 30th July 2015.

5.  The 2016 entry fee will be announced by 2nd  April 2015.
