Organic Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 This morning I went down the Hout Bay side of Constania Nek at about 06:15, and I noticed some riders turning in at the police station. Then, while waiting at the stop/go at Chappies I heard half a story from some of the people at the back of the queue behind me - somebody had tried to pull a cyclist off his/her bike as they went past. I didn't get the entire story - if anybody has more details I'd be interested to know.
