This year’s event kicks off at 6am on May 17 at the Mid-Illovo Club. The 40km Husqvarna MTB Classic traverses two of KwaZulu-Natal’s most picturesque game reserves – the Gwahumbe Game & Spa and iNsingizi Game & Spa – with rugged challenges aplenty along the way.

 

For less experienced riders and family and friends, there’s the 18km Gwahumbe Family Experience and the 10km Fun Ride. Trail runners tackling the 8km and 18km iNsingizi trail runs can also look forward to tackling plenty of rough and ready terrain.

 

The Husqvarna Classic Mid-Illovo MTB Challenge & Trail Run is a community event and all proceeds are used for the upliftment of the Mid-Illovo community.
