From Giant XTC to Specialized Epic Comp

I have a Giant XTC 2012 composite bike. Would it be possible to build all the part over onto a Specialized Epic comp / alu frameset - where do I start ? 

 

Any comments or guidance will be welcome.

Dont know the epic comp but here is where you start with regards to compatibility:

Wheelsize - take it both are 29ers

Headtube - tapered or straight (both will be tapared so all good)

Rear wheel axle - QR or 12mm TA (think the spez is also QR)

BB - threaded, pressfit, BB30? (Giant is pressfit, not sure about spez)

Width of the BB - cranks axle wide enough? (should be okay but those giants are quite wide)

Seatpost size - 27.2, 30.9, 31.6? (Giant is 30.9 not sure about spez)

 

You can always swap out the components (classifieds *thumbs up*) that need changing (seatpost sizes usually differ but the rest are normally fine)
