It continues to offer great opportunities for cycling, and demonstrates a potential for cycling's continued growth, both for commuting and recreational purposes. However, for cycling to be successful, a need exists to provide proper guidance, something that lacks, and a formal plan, also lacking, in order to responsibly grow it as a component of the overall sustainable transport and development mission of the town.''
