Pacman777 Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 I have always used grease or assembly compound between the frame and seat post on an aluminium frame. Do I do the same for a carbon frame?
Lance Roberts Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 Get some carbon paste from your LBS. It's used so that you don't have to over tighten the clamps etc. and risk cracking your parts. It has fine particles in the paste that helps grip.
