akneethling Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 I just want to give props to the huys at Cycle Lab Fourways. Especially Neil. I ordered a pair of Evil Eyes during the Le Tour Special period. I ordered late Thursday and received it Monday 27/07/2015. I'm in Cape Town and didn't expect it that quickly. When opening the package I noticed the sweat bar that goes on the top was not in he box. I fired off an email and got a call back from Neil within the hour. He apologized and said he'll check why it wasn't in the box. A few minutes later I get another call back to say there was a mix up with stock and they will order 1 and send it down to me at no cost. I am happy to have received my sweat bar today. Thanks Neil and Cycle Lab. PS. I'm not a Cycle Lab dab as I have had a couple of bad experiences down here with them.
